Behind the neck pulldowns


Keep your chest up and elbows out.  Lean forward at the waist slightly.  Squeeze the scapulae together and try to touch the bar to the back of your neck. Pull the bar straight down without leaning back and forth.  It's okay if you only get within a couple of inches.
